1985, tan over black leather boot, ink signed by the Triple Crown winning Hall of Fame jockey near upper edge, fitted as a lamp having brass horse head finial on a walnut base; together with a 2002 autograph note on Cauthen’s letterhead detailing the boot’s use from 1985-1992 in the French and Irish Derbies and the Prix de Diane, matted behind glass in a black wood frame
