Undated, (2) items uniformly matted behind glass in wood frames including signed lower left of center, depicting shorebirds alighting at water’s edge; and signed lower right depicting a boat at a wharf; together with Emily Parker Groom (American, 1876-1975) a landscape oil on board marked ‘Emily Groom / Spring Morning’ en verso, having a gold-tone wood frame; and a sampler having faded, indistinctly stitched ‘CORA*A*ROE 1853’ above lower border, framed behind glass
