18th and 19th Century Embroidery Samplers
(2) items including a dated 1786 work by Anne Archer having an inspirational poem above a field of flowers, flower baskets, birds and butterflies centering a large flower vase flanked by deer and smaller flower vases, all within a floral border as well as an undated work having flowers and birds above a statement of gratitude to the maker’s parents having crowned initials ‘TB’ and ‘MB’ to the left, above a depiction of a red house having a couple and their dog standing on the roof, flanked by six initials, ‘MT’, ‘MB’, ‘IB’, ‘RT’, ‘MT’ and ‘EB’, all within a floral border, both behind glass in wood frames
