1976, signed and dated lower left, view down a lane having a cottage and hills in the background, in a canvas-lined gold tone pierced wood frame

Condition: Good, overall very light wear, canvas having inconsistent tension in few areas with smaller bulges / sags resulting in occasional 1-inch / smaller isolated areas of fine craquelure without lifting / flaking throughout but predominantly concentrated upper and right edges, 0.25-inch column of varnish inconsistency / possible inpainting along entire left edge closest to canvas lining, most likely result of frame friction or re-framing into a slightly wider frame, occasional accretions throughout and light dirt accumulation, signature black lights well, light wear to frame
