Condition: Good to Fair, overall light to moderate wear consistent with medium and normal use; Haase having alligatoring overall but no flaking, stretcher marks throughout, light scuffs result in lines of pigment loss lower right and lower left quadrants and smaller bulge in canvas lower right quadrant; Miller having toning throughout, wear to corners, accretions upper left and upper right quadrants; unknown artist having been ripped from spiral bound sketchbook, wear to edges including tears, creases, toning and light foxing throughout; light dirt accumulation to all
