c.1880, depicting a caparisoned war elephant supporting a houda containing (3) Greek soldiers on its back and a turbaned driver on its head, illustrating Alexander the Great conquering India, having an underglaze blue crossed swords mark and impressed ‘163’ to underside of shaped base
