(7) items including carved wood bird-headed figurine, carved bone skull mounted on base, figural necklace with tusks, whirling stick, carved and painted panel, carved head and stone tool having woven handle and cowrie shell adornments; together with ceramic fragments having inlaid cowrie shells
Provenance: The Estate of George ‘Yorgo’ Demetrakopoulos; professor, assistant director of the Medieval Institute and assistant to the dean at Western Michigan University, Kalamazoo, Michigan from 1965-2000
