(5) items including an unsigned oil on canvas depicting a coastal scene with boats and buildings in a gold tone wood and linen frame; a watercolor and gouache dated ”99′ and signed ‘Jokin’ depicting a cottage and trees with a body of water in the foreground, double matted behind acrylic in a gold tone wood frame; a color lithograph pencil signed ‘V. Chatillon’ lower right, #006/350 lower left depicting a city along a river, French matted behind glass in a gold tone wood frame; and (2) color lithograph prints signed ‘Redon’ each depicting a child using the bathroom, behind glass in black tone wood frames

Condition: Very Good to Good, overall light wear consistent with normal use; light dirt accumulation on oil; very slight waviness to paper of watercolor; slight waviness to paper and toning to mat and margins to cityscape lithograph; cityscape lithograph having piece of insect residue bottom margin, center right; light toning to Redon lithographs; no other condition issues to artworks noted; light wear to frames
