Condition: Good, occasional light to moderate scuffs and scratches to wood overall; wood edges having occasional scuffs with finish loss; front lower edge of chair and facing lower edge of ottoman having scratching and some cracking to vinyl; ottoman missing a screw on one side, having a replacement screw where base attaches
