Hand painted porcelain urn, signed lower right, depicting a cherub offering a woman a flower on an ormolu plinth, stem ornament and finial; plinth stamped ‘France’ on underside, porcelain having a possibly spurious Sevres mark
Height: 15 3/4 inches, Width: 4 1/2 inches, Depth: 4 1/2 inches
Condition: Very Good, very minor chip to top edge of urn opening; glue residue on the brass cap affixed to the bottom of the lid, cap possibly a later addition; overall light wear and dust accumulation consistent with normal use
