18th and 19th Century Embroidery Samplers
(3) items including a dated ‘Oct. 19 1705’ work by Hester Webb crediting ‘Anne Brewster Governess’, float mounted on backing, a work by ‘Mary Reed Aged 13 Years’ dated ‘Sep. 29 1788’, both having alphabets, numerals and devotional verses, as well as an anonymous work having stitched ‘Kettering School 1889 Built 1839’ having alphabets and numerals above a Greek key within a linear border, all behind glass in wood frames
